The Pirates Daily Preview for Saturday, December 5 features just one program as swimming opens its 2015-2015 season at Rancocas Valley.
Swimming: At Rancocas Valley Regional at 2:30pm at BCC.
Meet Preview Capsule: The Pirates finished the 2014-2015 season with a 5-7 record, the first time the program had a season under .500 under head coach Jon David Schroeder. Because Cinnaminson is a co-ed program, the Pirates swim as a team against other schools’ boy’s team, unless they are also co-ed.
The Red Devils boy’s squad finished last season with a 9-4 record and are already 1-0 this season, taking down Delran 107-63. Rancocas Valley swept Cinnaminson last year in two meets by scores of 113-57 and 123-47. The Red Devils lost just two events out of 11; the 100 butterfly and the 100 backstroke.
The only event the Pirates won in both meets against Rancocas Valley last year was the 100 breaststroke. Brian Finnan finished first in the event in both meets for Cinnaminson.
