When: Wednesday, February 1 at 6pm

Where: Cinnaminson High School

Pirates 11-5, 4-0 Patriot

Cinnaminson comes into tonight’s Patriot Division contest with an 11-5 mark overall and a 4-0 record in the division.

The Pirates learned yesterday that they are the #5 seed in the South, Group 2 Tournament and will face #4 West Deptford in the first round.

Cinnaminson hasn’t wrestled since Saturday, a tri-match with Pennsauken and Haddonfield.

The Pirates took down Pennsauken and lost to Haddonfield.

A win tonight for the Pirates would give them the Patriot title outright.

Bears 17-9-1, 3-1 Patriot

Delran has a 17-9-1 overall record, which earned them the #3 seed in the South, Group 2 bracket.

The Bears are 3-1 in the Patriot, suffering their lone loss to Pemberton 39-32 on January 18.

A win tonight for the Bears would give them a share of the division title with the Pirates.

Delran has won four of their last five matches coming into this win.

Their lone loss during that time was to Highland.

Head to Head

The Pirates have won the last three meetings with the Bears, including a first-round playoff match last season.

Last year’s match in Delran was a walk-off win for the Pirates as Isaiah Elias picked up a pin in the final bout.
